Our History - The New Brunswick Provincial Drama Festival and Conference

    For 37 years, New Brunswick has proudly celebrated Canada's largest scholastic theatre festival. Join us again in 2011, when trained volunteers, teachers and hundreds of young actors and support staff throughout the province gather at St. Thomas University's beautiful campus for a week filled with plays, workshops,professional adjudication and fun.

    With a base of nationally recognized adjudicators, actors and technicians participating throughout the week, Drama Fest will once again set a national standard for youth arts education and performance. Students have the opportunity to share their talents in a supportive environment, and develop their creativity, imagination and skills.

    Drama Fest 2012 includes seven days filled with performances, two showcases, a Recognition Ceremony, workshops led by professional directors, adjudication panel, performers and designers, festival packages for all participants, and more!
