40 schools and over 1,000 students will gather on St. Thomas University Campus in the provincial capital for the largest single site provincial drama festival in the country!

Join the audience

Tickets for the shows are available at our registration desk located just inside Sir James Dunn Hall on the STU campus. Shows begin approximately 20 minutes after the posted time to allow schools time to set up their performance.

$10 Day Pass:  Allows entrance into all shows for the day and participation in workshops.

$5 Single Show Pass: Allows entrance into one show.

Register Your Play.
Any public school in the province of New Brunswick can register up to 3 plays. The Drama Advisor at each school must register their plays. If you are a student and want to come to the festival, talk to your drama advisor to see if your school is participating in the festival.
Design The Poster.
Want to have your artwork be the official poster of NBDF2024? Have your design printed on posters, t-shirts, swag, banners, and win $200!
Book Your Accommodations.
Most schools stay in dorms at STU, others at UNB, some at hotels. Deadline for dorms at STU is April 12. Schools book direct, the festival is not involved or responsible for reserving rooms.
